I don’t know how to leave a review for this without spoilers but I will try... this was an amazing third book in the series. I am so invested in all of their lives, I’ll be so sad when the story ends. Ivy does an amazing job bringing you in and keeping you engaged with every character. I feel like I’m literally right there with them through it all.
Interested to see this series grow outside of the High School setting. A bit immature.

Brooklyn and Matt are so adorable together. Also, I think Matt, Brooklyn, and Kennedy are the true three amigas. Isabella will never stop being the worst. I did not expect this book to take such a turn that I would be crying at almost 2 o’clock morning whiling reading. I need everything to go right soon and everyone to be happy. I completely forgot that I was so happy so see young Justin in Elite and Betrayal.

alright so matt and Brooklyn are engaged and are going to get married. which they were young at like 17ish getting married but we move on. so the book is them being in love and her trying to make the boys friends again.
blah blah blah, then we find out at the end of the book that BROOKLYN DIES. okay this is the only thing worth talking about like yes Isabella is a crazy b$$$$ and she was always saying how her time will come. basically, the crazy dad only brought her in the life to GET HER KIDNEY BECAUSE HE WAS DYING. like this is psychotic. Brooklyn was dumb and signed the contract for him to do that without reading it and she died because she was weak and didn't survive living after the surgery.
I’m not for this plot twist. it isn’t good like it was a waste. yep, reading this was a waste and I wish I didn’t! removing it from my memory. this is allegiant all over again. just because you kill off your main narrator/character, it doesn't make the book automatically good. it was done for shock value and now im annoyed!

This is a no for me. Thank you so much to all the others who pointed out what is happening between Brooklyn and Matt in this book. I was on Ch 3 and I saw that the next book wasn't going to happen until May '21 and just wanted to make sure I was going to get set up in the direction of a HEA. BUT NOOO.
This is not a HEA and that's not my jam. I don't mind the twists and turns and I'm glad that the author is going to give Matt a happy ending.
But what about my girl, Brooklyn, what about her happy ending? Books 1 & 2 were filled with so much pain and I was hoping there would be a payoff.
I likely won't finish this book, just not my cup of tea. Based on the description of the next book, I don't want to read about just Matt.
