I am really enjoying re-reading this series, back to back, after many years. I didn't remember any of this one, and some great plot twists gave me a lot of pleasure while reading. Now, on to #5...
Lekker leesvoer, aan te raden als tussendoortje
The First book of Mr. Deaver that I had read( which is weird since The Bone Colector was a great movie). But I liked it alot and it actually got me to read his others that you see listed here. Some are better than others but this one was pretty damn good.
At the first 200 pages I thought, part 4 about lincoln rhyme isn't that good like parts 1 to 3 are. But Deaver surprised me. after the first pages it got better and better - and really interesting and exciting.

This wasn't up to the level of the previous 3 and was quite a slog to get through. Timeline very bizarre, and a few plotholes here and there. Also, stop mentioning Sach's arthritis - we get it, she has arthritis and it affects her. Why continually call her "Amelia Sachs" and not just "Amelia"? Author was a little patronizing with unnecessary repetition of information; I have a brain, I don't need to be reminded of stuff you've already said. Twice. Three times... or was it 4 or 5?
This began to feel Ike a chore to read towards the end, although I can't put my finger on why. I think I'll leave the next two books for some other time.
