ok no just no. I did not at all like this book. two main reasons why- the love interest no it's just messy and the other reason being that the plot and the ending were just weird plain odd and not fitting. the only and only reason it got 2 stars from my side is because of Nate and Bronwyn other than that I hated it

Very nice follow-up to the original story. I like that there are new characters and that they can still have the characters from the first story in the sequel. This story also had a plot twist at the end that I didn't see coming. I like how the story ended but I hope they don't make a third book. Even though I enjoyed both books I feel like a third would be overkill IMO.

Compared to the first novel, this was somewhat of a let down. I was hoping to see the original characters come back and revolve around them still, Jake get back at them, something! I was happy they were still mentioned, it was just a little disappointing to see the problems had moved on to their siblings.

I felt given the context of the book, the plot could have maybe been writing a different way from what it was, but all in all it was a good read and a nice continuation.

Karen McManus has perfected the teenage/young adult genre and it doesn’t matter that I’m an Adult I will always read them.

Not as good as the first one, but a fun read nonetheless. A lovely meeting with old and new characters that is perfect for a rainy day or a vacation.
