Yuval Noah Harari became one of my favorite authors. I love his books, they are all interesting and well-written.

The most thought-provoking book I've read recently. I didn't enjoy all the chapters to the same extent but, in general, the questions asked and the topics discussed were fascinating. A book I want to come back to.

Definitely more of a historian’s perspective than an anthropologist’s. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t more information about early hominid evolution, but I did really enjoy the chapter on megafauna. I didn’t agree with all his “hot takes” but he did put a lot of ideas out there and cover a huge variety of topics

half of this book was history of humankind and the other half was just the author's thoughts on /everything/
a yapper indeed 😌☝🏼
(funny that he didn't yap about the conflict in which his own country has been involved for like 70 years 😪)
