I really enjoyed the world building and the lore of the wolves, though the time travel was a bit off. I'm pretty sure the guards of Ancient Rome would not have spoken English.
It wasn't a stand-alone book by any means either. You definitely have to have read the Blue Bloods novels, as well as a bit of the Witches of East End to know all the major players and the depth behind the characters.
Nonetheless, it was a satisfying read and I look forward to more.

I'm glad I paused the last book on Blue Bloods in order to read this series of stories. I was confused by Bliss' presence in London. This was a well told story of the Hell Hounds. I like the enter weaving of the East End characters into the Blue Bloods novellas.
This was a good companion to the Blue Bloods series. I think this should definitely be read before Gates of Paradise otherwise you'll probably be confused when these characters show up there. There was a decent amount of action, but I think more could've be done with Bliss and her involvement with the wolves.
Is this a novel or just a series? People are saying novel but some of the synopsis' are saying series?
I've read this year ago and it has a big place in my heart
