I loved this!! The story and the characters were well written, you definitely weren't expecting the "plot twist". Yeah some parts were a little unrealistic but that's why I like Colleen's books, they're entertaining lol! This is a great summer read that takes place almost entirely on the beach and there's also no cliffhanger.

The third book of Hoover’s I’ve read in the past year and I am always surprised by how different each new book is from the last. This book explores poverty and addiction in a raw and thoughtful way. The characters are hugely flawed but hard not to love. The story is unbelievable but not. I loved it and think it’s an underrated novel by Hoover.
