Cute story about the rain.
Too long for storytime, but a great book for early elementary.

Reviewed from a library copy.

The illustrations are everything in this book! I adored the colors and the tone. They are so beautiful! The story is sweet and a lovely tribute to rain and all the goodness it brings. :) My 8&9 year old boys enjoyed it!

This is how I have always seen rainy days. This is how I feel about rain. I want to memorize it and perform it. Even just for kids.

In this colorful, poetic ode to a rainstorm, a young child heads out to play in the rain until a storm really starts to roll in and she heads back home to get warm and dry. This is a great springtime read for when rain and storms are frequent.
