I can see that the series has kinda bit similar pattern with Heroes of Olympus. The first book the introduction of the main characters, showing what happened and whose the main villain is. The second book showing the next step, the trigger of what they should do. Well, somehow similar but it doesn't mean that it decreased the fun.

This book is amazing (even though I still prefer the first book so far because the Will Solace content that book had). So there are three villains here and they are facing the first one: Commodus. We can see how Apollo's character development is getting even better here. He had to pay what he have done in the past and learn from it. We can see that Apollo is pretty protective.

The Artemis' Hunters make appearance in this book and they are as amazing as ever.
