eu achei uma continuação mixuruca do primeiro. não teve nada imprevisível e a escrita não me supreendeu em momento algum, óbvio que mesmo assim continua sendo um livro bom e por ser do mundo de pjo cumpre o papel de entreter.

OKAY so WHEN is the next one??? I can't believe I have to wait until next year *ugly sobbing* DAMN IT APOLLO, already LOL-ed after I read the first few pages, definitely dark, the prophecy I mean. A lot of things will happen on book three and I'm so EXCITED but then again.... until next year.

I think that this was a little harder to get through. In a lot of Riordan's books they are constantly moving to new places, but in this one we did not have that. I understand why we didn't, but because of that I thought that it was a bit stagnant.

Also, What is up with his relationship with Meg? It doesn't really seem like a true purely friendship, but she is, like, Twelve.

Summary for myself:
Apollo sets of with Leo and Calypso on Festus. In Indianopolis they are almost politely killed by Blephmyae or whatever they are called. They find safety in the Wayward Station, led by two ex-hunters. Commodus, the second emperor, has taken their daughter for his more than mad scheme. The Goddess of the nets, who built the Station sets them off on a mission to save two Griffons. They succeed, thanks to Meg who reunites with Apollo. They also save many prisoners and a charming elephant. In the end Wayward Station has to be defended while Meg and Apollo find the phophecy-cave. Meg takes in the prophecy and Apollo and three karpoi-peaches save her from going insane. Commodus has been defeated but is nowhere to be found. Heloise, one of the griffins has been slain, leaving a distraught mate and egg behind. Leo and Calypso decide to stay so Calypso can get back ber magic and they both get a chance to have a normal life. Leo will still go to warn Jason for the next plan of the emperors: setting fire to the work that the harpy is doing.
