This book was a quick read. Not much plot really. There was a lot of references to Tangled.

Kept

I wholeheartedly enjoyed this Rapunzel retelling. Evelyn Flood did amazingly with combining the classic with a contemporary romance. The spice was perfect and this is a must read for the dark romance fans. I honestly couldn’t choose between Maverick, Ryder, or Enzo myself so I’m not surprised Zella couldn’t.

I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for their next read. I’ll be checking out this author’s other books.
