Does what it says on the box. Practical, hands-on exercises directed at encouraging the user to experiment with various chaos magic methodologies. The author cuts right to the bone of how to visualise and manipulate energy and invoke and evoke thoughtforms, plus more stuff. There's a great deal to chew on here and is sure to be a ready reference and great for beginner users who are keen to start making magic happen with no spiritual padding whatsoever.
