Book: 'The Killing Heart'

Plot: We follow a man named Jeffrey that is a shut in. He lost his fiancee, Janie, in a car accident and is depressed. His friends Sadie and Rodney don't know much about his past. Soon, Jeffrey meets this mysterious stranger that just moved in across the hall, named Elizabeth. For a while, things seem normal, but soon, we follow Jeffrey as he falls in a spiral into madness!! This book had so many plot twists and had me gripped until the very end. The ending had me gasping and I didn't see it coming!!!
