I am so excited for more in the Ash Grove Chronicles!!!! This conclusion to Tanner & Joy, and Maddie & William's story was quite the rollercoaster. In a good way of course. There were a lot of unexpected twists and turns that kept me hooked. Also Joy's mother is brought back and proved to be an enlightening character, I really hope that the author will continue the Chronicles with Anna (Joy's mother) and Steven's story, along with Raven. Raven definitely needs his own trilogy, because this book seemed to leave a few loose ends that were not completely explored. And I am so sure that there is more to Anna's accident than we were led to believe already.
Now on to the romance in this book: it was phenomenal. Never have I read about such heart warming characters with such a sincere and undying love and stupendous character development. Now that is how you write a story about True Love. This book also had some really insightful and useful quotes. All in all, I am very satisfied with this series, and cannot wait to read more in the Ash Grove Chronicles, and other books by this author.

Among the Shadows is the third installment to the Ash Grove Chronicles trilogy. It as with the others picks up right where the last book left off. We start with baby Rose being born and then are thrown into an alternate reality with Tanner as his wife and child seemingly disappear! He goes to his father-in-laws home to find his wife but history has rewritten itself and she doesn't even recognize him let alone have a newborn child with him. He has to simply put been erased from Joys life. What has happened? Who else has been erased? Can Tanner save his family and himself, or will he just disappear?
This book was amazing! I love everything about it. The time warp and random twist throughout it left me guessing as to what was going to happen. This is a trilogy that I would happily read over and over again. Amanda DeWees is a natural story weaver from book one until the end. I still find myself wanting more of this amazing trilogy! I sincerely hope that DeWees is considering expanding this trilogy so I can see even more of my favorite characters!

The final story in this series was amazing as the first two. I do believe you need to read them in order or you will be lost. I was drawn into the story from the beginning.
I love that Tanner never gave up, and Joy didn't either when she knew what was going on.
Lots of drama, horror and paranormal, not to mention the LOVE that poured through this book. I personally did not find alot of humor that the other reviews are mentioning, yes there were a few moments but not that much.
I think the author did very well writing about the time disruptions well.
I highly recommend this Series to all paranormal lovers
