I'm actually close to tears. I'm sweating, shaking, frightened for my life, im tearing out my hair and huddling in a safe space. This book is actually a crime against humanity. You know if I could give 0 stars I would. Forget every criticism I've ever given to books, this takes the cake (after the mister by e l James. But only just after). The authors should actually face repercussions, they should pay for what they've done. Why, if someone is stabbed in the side, do they need their socks and shoes taken off?? Wh- no I can't go on. If I think about this for too long my brain will actually shrivel up like a raisin and fall out. I'm so sorry to everyone who had this inflicted upon them. I feel dirty.

2.5?
I don't even know, this was equal parts funny and entertaining, and just bad.

I would give zero stars. the writing is so cringey and I feel like I’m reading a very poorly written wattpad story. Also how is this considered a “christmas book” when it’s just based around the season, it’s not christmassy at all.

This book is giving “vampires are all the rage right now, let me write a book with every single stereotype” since it was published in 2008.

These books are my guilty pleasures. This was another great read by Sparks. Look forward to reading another by her.

This book is in the middle of a series, but I wanted to read a “Christmas-themed” book.  It turns out Christmas really isn’t a big part of this storyline until the last 25-30% of the book — and really it ended up just being a Christmas party where the two MCs were in costumes that they ripped off for a steamy scene in a closet.  I really felt the plot would’ve been so much better if the author focused on the two main subplots of the book instead of the romance — although this happened to be a romance series, so I understand that’s out of the question.  There were some giggle-out-loud moments for me, so that was an added bonus, but overall I ended up speeding up the audio playback and even fast forwarded through sections toward the end.

Ian is excellent, and Toni just amazing, a real 21st century heroine, just the way I like them! A lot of twists and turn, but a real happy ending - great story!

This book didn't hold the same wit Ms. Sparks' other books held. I had to push myself a bit further in the book before I was dragged under and usually it's instantaneous with her books. I do like that Ms. Sparks is starting to feel around in the were-animal realm of things, makes it interesting to see if she will write an HEA for a were instead of a vamp one of these books. I had a feeling Ian's book would be coming once he "grew up" in the last book, and I am super glad he got the opportunity for his HEA.

I think Toni's head is a bit off in this book, she gets attacked by evil vampires and the same day accepts there are vampires and starts working for them; I know it was to help her friend and all but part of that just didn't sit right with me. I love these two characters together, I am glad Ian has a female to push him around after so many years. This book was good but not as good as previous books, maybe the next one will be better.

Part of my 25 Books for the Holidays for 2012

How All I Want for Christmas is a Vampire put me in the Holiday spirit: I absolutely loved this book! It made me laugh, cry, and cheer for love. Sort of makes you want your very own Scottish Vampire for Christmas :)

What I thought of the story/characters: All I Want for Christmas is a Vampire is filled with wonderful characters that will make you want to read each of their stories. I will admit this is my first K. Sparks book (yes I know I read out of order) but she just landed on my series to read list for next year. I want to know all about this group of vampires and shifters. I want to know how their lives turn out and how they each find love. The story of Ian and Toni was sweet. I love when it is the guy who is looking for forever romance and love. It is such a unique twist. I loved that Toni was looking to help her friend. They were just suited for each other from the beginning. Maybe it is the season but I am sucker for a HEA that is meant to be.

What I thought of the audio: Narrated by Coleen Marlo and she did a pretty good job. There were more male than female voices though. I thought this book would have been better suited for a male narrator. The pacing was excellent and she did as well as can be expected with so many male voices. I think I will be reading the rest of the series though instead of continuing on audio.
