Unsurprisingly, this book made me cry. Aiden is struggling with figuring out his identity when all around him he keeps hearing subtle and not-so-subtle messages that being gay is wrong/bad/sinful and also dealing with bullying and insecurities around his body. I love the hope at the end of the story.
