Jessica Townsend does it again and leaves me wanting more. Ughhhh, when does the next one come out?!

An adventure with Morrigan was just what I needed, and it did not fail to deliver. Morrigan is thirteen, and still learning. There's a fabulous outing to a library, which was not at all what I expected, so I suppose I should have expected it. There's a city under lockdown and a mysterious disease, there's inferno, the kindling, friendship and hard choices. And well, who do you trust and how far are you willing to go?

I really love this series. This was probably my least favorite of the three, but I still enjoyed it quite a bit.

I am a puddle; these books are perfect; I want to scoop Morrigan into a huge hug; oh my god. I don’t have better words than that. It truly is like how I felt when I read HP for the first time.

Also, what I wouldn’t do to live in the Hotel Deucalion. Honestly? Hogwarts could never.

great! i think the ending has some pacing issues but the characterisation pushes it over the line. not nearly as whimsical as book 1 but definitely devastating. i sorta wish it had a bad ending but tbh i like how it’s going. i’m squall’s #1 stan btw
