This was really fun and not what I was expecting.
Jacob was such a sweetheart but I would have liked to see more of his personality as he doesn't really talk much.
Sadie I didn't find relatable, although i'm glad she was a flawed character and made lots of mistakes and her character growth was nice to see.
Whats hard about this is that we are supposed to be rooting for Alex and Sadie, the whole reason she made that wish was for Alex but in the first few chapters we are liking Jacob and hating Alex.
Then when she does get her wish, she hates Alex and doesn't want to be with him ( rightfully so ).
I guess that was the point but it just left me confused about all of her choices.
There were a lot of side plots and characters in this, i guess that being the point as all the little things change Sadie's future and everyone elses. But it was sometimes hard to connect or care for other characters because there were so many.
Its funny how the author choses not to mention a year this book is set in but will mention Olivia Rodrigo.
Overall a really fun premise and I really liked but probably wouldn't read again.
