Talk about girl power! Girl, You're Amazing! shows some awesome virtues of high-spirited young ladies and their chosen activities. The rhyming scheme is infectious and fun to read aloud. A lovely picture book, and not just for girls. :)

Imagine my delight to find a copy signed by the author in my library! Addressed to all the girls in our town. Surprise! - she is a local author.
My daughter and I really enjoyed the illustrations - good multi-culture representation from what I can remember.
Shows girls engaging in all sorts of activities with an uplifting text.
Praises girls for all that they can do!
(I believe that there is a boy version too).
