I just could not read something as conserning as that. You are supposed to enjoy a book, well i did the absolute opposite of it. I got so far only bcz i wanted to see if adeline gets out and after she did i completely lost interest in the storyline and characters

I think I enjoyed the first book in the series better just bc the dynamic between Zade and Adeline just didn’t feel as real and felt more shallow in this book. This book also felt slower in terms of plot but also rushed towards the end. It felt like the author rushed a bit to finish it towards the end; like too much time was given to the first half of the book and the second half fell flat in comparison.
