Interesting read but I suspect I am not the target audience for this book. Sometimes it reads like poetry. other times its more like some ones journal you are reading. the subject matter is some what dark.

I like to be positive online, so let's just say this wasn't for me. Porter can be a great writer, the line "Almost ecstatically sad" accounts for at least one of those stars.
