Exquisite
One of my top polyamorous stories so far. I love the twist of the vampire world into the world of Gods, the delicious characters, and never a dry scene - left me wanting more every chapter.

She’s chased by monsters, two hot men save her. She quickly and with barely any reaction discovers she’s a vampire queen. She fucks one man, has a vision in the middle of her mom, and dies.

That’s the reason I DNF’d.

Simply fantastic

4.5 stars.

This series was a re-read for me. I loved it just as much the first time. Rik still has my heart and Shara is one of my favourite characters only behind Merit and Kate Daniels. I enjoyed reading this. I don’t know what it is about this group of characters but they truly were a joy to read. I have to say, going into this I wasn’t sure if I would still enjoy it as much as I did the first time but I really really did. Now that I've refreshed my memory of this series, I'm going to read the other books. Hopefully they won't be like Gwen's story.
