Compelling (like all his books) but the characters felt a little shallow this time and some of the emotional depth was missing. Not sure why. It was entertaining and creative though (did like the premise).

Not my typical read but it was fun. Great world building and solid redemption ark. Some of the science fiction was a little dense in audiobook form but I was able to follow enough.
