I liked this pretty well but lots of swears and it's in the style of a commonplace book—which is just okay to me. A little cliche but also sweet and true at times.

A book to lift you up when you're going through tough times, not meant to be read on one setting since it could be repetitive. I wish some of the chapters could be longer, more story-telling and observation to anchor my wandering mind.
