Another great book from Adam Kay! He signed my book which was very kind of him too.
This book actually made me laugh out loud, which probably annoyed my colleagues in the staff room, but whatever.
Also had some unexpected sad points, which were surprising but were written very well. My heart goes out to you Adam, and to all the NHS workers who have lost their lives whilst caring for the public.
I will enquire about getting a memorial tree installed in our hospital trust.
A great read 10/10

I should have reread This Is Going to Hurt before reading this one, but nevertheless it was very well written, and switches elegantly from funny to heartfelt recollections.

Another great book from Adam. At times hilarious, poignant and heartbreaking. I recommend his books the way a wolf would recommend a panini

running low on narrative thread but still interesting and with some great insights and funny moments - a big supporter of Kay’s writing and work
