Okay so first off....the artwork in this is really, really good.
Beautiful even.
The best I've ever seen in any manga book I've read so far!
I really sympathized/related to the main character, who's really shy and invisible to all her classmates.
This whole story really made me think about a lot things.
Like, how much internet friends can actually mean to a person, how a few typed words can give a person the courage to do a lot of things and actually help :)
I liked the overall story and such....so yeah!
The characters were fine; I didn't actually see all that much of a change or anything as the story progressed though (except for in the main character!)

Hm...this review turned out to be a lot shorter than I thought it would be!
In conclusion, I have to say that I just liked it.

I never would have found this book if a neighbor hadn’t shared his copy with me, and I am so glad he did. Fourteen-year-old me could have really used this one, but even as an adult, I loved the way Sumino’s story unfolded. Looking forward to volume 2!

I was busy, so I wasn't really interested in this manga when I ordered it from the library. But I just read it last night, and I did it all in one sitting.

The art is fabulous and very well drawn. Seriously. I'm seeing a lot of new manga that is standard 100% shojo that is well done. Almost TOO well done <_< >_>

The story is about a girl named Hikage who is basically invisible to EVERYONE. They forget her name, the fact that she's even in class, and ignore her when she tries to speak. The only one who does notice her is the popular and all-around-nice-guy Hinata, which draws ire from the other girls. Before picking up a boy's interest, Hikage used a blog to post pictures she took on her phone's camera setting. At first she got no one, but then two online users began to comment every single day-- Mega Pig and Black Rabbit. Mega Pig is a bit abrasive with a heart of gold, while Black Rabbit is more gentle and encouraging. What I liked about this was the 'sunflower lion' mascot on her blog.. The author calls it 'MahiMahi' and it's. SO. CUTE!!! Every time I saw it I went, "Awwwwww! So precious!!!!"

But the girls start bullying Hikage for catching Hinata's attention (wtf? you don't even notice her and now you care because a guy you like is being nice to her? Bitches XP) ..

An all-around good manga.

Such a cute manga! A story made with friendship, add in a sprinkle of mystery and a hefty dash of romance. The characters are amazing!

Cried multiple times

I really enjoyed this manga. It's was very touching and made me cry multiple times through out the story. I like how she wanted to leave the darkness and come into the sunshine to be more brave to talk to people, and try not to be invisible anymore. The artwork was amazing, very well drawn. I will definitely continue reading! Recommended to read

This was a good manga. I liked Hikage Sumino, the main character, and Hinata, the love interest. Teru was okay. I liked the story, which was pretty cute, and I will read the sequel. 4 stars.

This is a darling read! Super cute and sweet. It reminds me of Kimi ni Todoke, but for middle schoolers. I'll definitely pick up the next volume.

I wish that I had read manga like this when I was younger and struggling with being shy and a loner in school. It's a cute light manga that deals with some bullying. The main character is a socially awkward girl who is tired of being on the outside looking in, but when she tries to change, things get hard for her and she wants to disappear completely. She gradually learns to stand up for herself more.
