This book was amazing! I loved all the individual stories of all the women and how they were subtlety weaves together. It was a little slow at first but once I got into the flow I couldn’t stop! The stories highlight so much complicity of being a woman in general and a woman of color more specifically. Felt like I really got to understand every character!Very moving highly recommend!

Would recommend reading the physical book vs listening to the audiobook due to the way the book is written. I most likely would have given 5 stars if I had read!
