This isn’t really my style of book, which I think explains the lack of stars compared to the average! I’m not personally a fan of having so many different stories running alongside each other and that’s where it lost stars for me, but saying that - the characters were varied and interesting, their stories were well told and I did like how they all came together in the end. It’s certainly worth a read and I don’t regret the time I spent with it.

Very interesting intersecting point of view -based chapters. Reads almost more like a collection of short stories. Absolutely loved it. It did take me a little while to get into it, but stick with it, you’ll be glad.

Such a beautifully interwoven set of stories. Don't let your audiobook loan from the library expire the day you finish this gem, as you'll want to go back to the start and read it all over again straight away.

I want to read it again. It's hard to articulate the impression this book has left with me. All stories are so unique yet intertwined, the characters are so alive yet ordinary yet extraordinary. I highly recommend it!
