OMG Kimberly B cannot write a storyline that don’t eat down. This one was really for the big girls and I loved every minute of each page. Idris just love the world out of Zenni. He loved every inch of her inside and out and the way these words hit home…lawd! They were just made for each other, if you haven’t read this yet than you are not really reading anything.

Idris and Zenni
Zenni is a plus size woman. You could tell that she was constantly bullied and made fun of growing up and how that affects her lifestyle now as an adult. She settled for less when it came to the men she were dating. We met her at a time when she was no longer satisfied with dating men who were ashamed of her because of her size. Idris, her brothers childhood friend has always been attracted to her and knew what he wanted. When he saw an opportunity he took it. He dated her. He built her up with his constant affirmations, and his love for her was genuine from the start. Her mother toxic as I don’t know what I wish her character was more confident and not contradicting at times. At the beginning of the book, she didn’t want to date men who didn’t want to be seen more in public. Then she have someone who wants to be seen in public, and she becomes very self-conscious. Big negative from me in this book is that almost every sentence had a curse word in it and I don’t mind reading books with profanity, but sometimes it could be excessive. I am happy for their HEA.

My heart melted
I really dislike when a plus sized MC be hating on themselves like girl you’re a star. This book felt like the perfect balance of big girl struggle but also loving who you are. It was a really sweet and sappy quick read and I loved the ML with allll my heart. The FL was a baddie and I resonated heavily with her. There was a lot of self hate even if it balanced itself out so that’s what lost this book its points.

Idris is a man who knows what he wants. He loves a woman with some meat on her bones. That one is Zenni Calloway. Zenni is ashamed to be plus size. She dresses nice and even has a plus-size boutique. She deals with a lot of berating from her mom. She has some issues to work out before she can accept the love Idris is trying to give.
Overall, I like this book. Inwould recommend reading it.
