I had to read this book for English 6 if I didn't I wouldn't have ever known this one and wouldn't have also liked it.
The man is literally the title of the book. He isn't a devil, but he's similiar to one. He's pure evil, however I enjoyed reading a different story. I liked the development of the character, the different stages of his feelings even though they would always end up to be the same, if you know what I mean. Basically I liked the book.
