I am generously giving this a 3 because there is a story and characters here that I like, but it was lacking something. It was a bit slow at times and could have been about 50 pages shorter. It's not a bad book; maybe just not my 'jam'.

I enjoyed this book but felt it dragged a bit in the last act. There were too many plot twists for the pacing not to feel dramatically off in comparison to the first two acts of the story.

Such a cute and cozy romance. I loved the structure and pacing! There are some heavy themes that are dropped in somewhat unexpectedly, but I enjoyed this read a lot. This story would be a great sitcom
