This series started off well and had a lot of potential. There was just an unnecessary amount of repetition and certain parts were juvenile. It’s like every single slightly immature fantasy about s*x was mixed with the proverbial every little girl’s fantasy about love and marriage. To balance that out it felt like the author sprinkled in violent scenes (which were well written) with no buildup, which created no tension and left me not feeling as much about the scenes as was probably intended, not even shock. This could have been reduced to two or three books easily and the story would likely have been much more engaging.

I liked the first few book more than the last two, if I’m honest. I don’t think I would have read another one, if this was somewhere in the middle of the series.

I was hooked on this series from the very beginning. I read every installment as soon as it came out. It seemed to take forever to get to this ending book and it was amazing!! And when I thought it was over cause come on what else could you think. Then to bring it back for a big old save was beautiful. Thank you to the writers it was an amazing journey.

Amazing series
I’ve been reading this series since the first book originally released and I love the characters with a passion. I legit ugly cried for a while during this book and tear up every time I think about it. I’m so happy Nic and her guys got their happily ever after
