I could not put this dark, unsettling thriller down!  I absolutely loved the way the story unfolded rotating from the past and present. The multiple POVs also kept me engaged and added to the unbearable suspense. If You Tell A Lie begins with childhood friends, Blakely, Meg, Thera and Grace.  They fill their summer with swimming, sports, storytelling and their absolute favorite, pranks.  One prank goes too far and the turn of events are bone-chilling.  This horrifying thriller shows how lies, secrecy, toxic relationships, trauma, and peer pressure can spiral out of control!

This book left me with my head spinning. It started out with friends at camp and something terrible happened. It ended with an almost entirely different thing. It was a good read, except the end. The end was very abrupt, and we don’t learn what happens to most of the characters. It could’ve had a chapter or two extra to explain their POV and would’ve ended so much better, in my opinion.
