This is a fairly interesting overview of 'enlightenment' or Eastern-influenced personal philosophy.
As an introductory presentation of inward vs outward views, it's a bit much.
I might assume that for a more advanced 'practitioner' it's a bit mild.

Dry. Boring. Author seems like he’s trying to come across esoteric.
