Yea, so this is a re-read. I didn't realize I'd already read this book until about half way through. But doesn't matter... I still liked it. the reason I gave it 3/5 stars was because I didn't like the main character, she's not very likeable at all. The events that transpired are very annoying. Maybe that's how it's meant to be? I think the writing is amazing, but I just can't get over how much I disliked the character. While I thought the plot was interesting, I really actually hate it because it got under my skin. Some people like those kinds of books, though. But I hate being uncomfortable about a book.

This was a quick, interesting read with a lackluster ending. Somehow Flynn is able to build up quite an interesting story but ends it abruptly.
This was not a good story line to be told in such a short amount of time. I feel like the book would have been better if it was told in about 300-400 pages. The story was out there but I felt it was like that because the author had such a limited time to tell.
