This would be a cute little summer read. Like it’s not the most amazing book on the planet, but it’s a simple and light read with a decent plot!

Thank you @Netgally and publisher!

This is definitely my favorite Tessa Bailey book so far.

A FRIEND TO LOVERS TROPE! what?! I loved every minute of it.

It was so cute and heartwarming. Loved the fact that most of the time both characters communicated and didn't let missunderstanding get in the way of their "friendship."

Highly recommend!

The other Tessa Bailey was way better. This was a little more immature and ping-ponged so much unnecessarily. I also think I need to stop reading books with music themes. Who tf hears a soundtrack playing constantly in their head? She's just so qUiRkY.

I liked this one much better than the first. The characters were more relate able. The smut was watered down in this book compared to the 1st but I think that gave more room for romance. The crush she has on the director at the beginning is pretty useless to the plot because Hannah doesn’t do much to pursue it and throws it away before the reader can create any real risk in the relationship. But both Hannah and Fox have really strong character arch that I loved.
