This did such a fair treatment of Lucie. I love how their relationship was grown and fought for. The ending is truly right for her character.

I had a REALLY hard time getting into this book. I just kept peaking it up and losing interest after 2-3 pages... It took me more than 2 weeks to finish it when I usually read books like this one in 2-3 days top. The beginning was very slow, and the pace peaked up around the 60% mark. Overall nice story, really liked Lucie and the work she does.
