I wasn’t sure how much I would love this story. I haven’t been much of a fan of high school. And I’ve kind of been turned off by bully books lately too. But this book was so good! Canyon’s dad wrecked their family when he divorced his wife and got engaged to his best friend. His male best friend. It came as a shock to him and his sister and it sent his momma into a downward spiral. Canyon wanted to ruin his dad’s life like his dad ruined his. So Canyon was going to start with his soon to be step brother. Alis. I actually really loved Alis. There was something about him that was just adorable. I thought Canyon was gonna be this huge jerk. And he was for a while. But I felt for Canyon too. Divorce is hard on any kid. But to be blindsided with an engagement when you didn’t even really know your dad was dating someone? I hurt for him. He had a lot of weight on his shoulders. Alis knows he’s gay. Canyon doesn’t know he even likes guys until Alis. And I loooooved them together. Alis has a lot of issues from his early childhood that makes his relationship with Canyon kind of hard for him. But Canyon falls fast and he falls so hard. And I just fell in love with that. Mostly because I feel like people think teenagers can’t feel love that fast at their age. Both boys struggle to have the relationship they deserve and the drama there towards the end made me fall in love with Canyon even more. He ain’t playin where his feelings are concerned. This was a great book! But I haven’t read a K Webster book yet that I didn’t love!! She writes so well!
I need to start by gushing over just how excellent Webster's writing truly is. The heartfelt tenderness, emotional agony, and overall angst that she brings out in her characters is so compelling it draws me in every single time that even though I burn through the pages, I never want to leave.
Feuds and Reckless Fury is about two boys who would appear to be complete opposites, but inside may be more alike than they think.
Canyon in the beginning has a girlfriend, is a football player and comes from a traditional family - his life falls apart before his senior year, when his father leaves - not for another woman, but for a man. Canyon's angry. Pretty much beyond angry and lashes out in drastic measures. K. Webster is great at capturing all the normal teenage angst along with all the emotions of a devastating blow such as this. Canyon sets his sights on ripping apart his father's new happiness and the closet target is the new fiance's son, Alis. It isn't long before Canyon's traditional life falls apart and everything he thought he knew is shifting.
Alis is the total opposite of Canyon. He's in the orchestra, he's in AP classes, and he's also gay. When Canyon begins targeting Alis, while Alis may be smaller in stature, he's not a guy to back down. There's a reason Alis is top of his class, first chair in the orchestra, the top runner on the track team, etc...If Canyon is going to bully Alis, then Alis is also going to bring his best game. His only fear in retaliation is not getting caught. There is a reason Alis is the best and he will never let Canyon mess that up.
Canyon and Alis may be brought together by circumstance, but their emotional bond grows through their trials, friendship, and exploration of one another. Yes,their steamy times are intense, but what I love about Webster's writing is that it is always infused with so much feeling that every sensual scene is more than just pleasure. It is a full ride from start to finish full of emotions that are pleasing to all of the senses.
Canyon and Alis deal with a lot of intense emotions through this book, more than just their attraction to each other. Having that partner to rely on, someone to talk to, who understands you and is willing to listen is always so important. I love those moments between these two boys and it's captured really beautifully on the page.
Feuds and Reckless Fury while it is an enemy to lover story it is just as much a beautiful story about family and mending fractured relationships. Another fantastic win for K. Webster!

it was honestly okay, i liked it really, but it took like half the book to get to the good and fun parts
This is a beautiful and emotional angsty story.
Feuds and Reckless Fury was a MM, enemies to lovers tale about two young men, one who is struggling with his past and just trying to be the best he can be, and the other who is devastated over his family issues, and outside influences, and decides to take it out on the other.
I fell in love with Alis and Canyon from the first chapter. To witness what each is going through, each battling their own feelings and passion, they banter, call each other names, but are drawn together by something inexplainable but very real nonetheless.
K Webster creates beautiful novels that have complex and multifaceted characters that the reader immediately falls in love with. We root for them in their battles, their ignorance, and their love like cheerleader's, coaxing and pushing them on to find their happy ever after.
This is a superbly written story!

Where do I start!?!
the author? the narrators!?!?
oh wow. K Webster outdid herself again. Raw passion, rage, and fury are felt in every aching act. Feuds and Reckless Fury is angst at it's best. Dark loathing and intense hatred birth a raw powerful passion Canyon never expected and readers/listeners devour.
Beauty is found in even the darkest of places...K Webster's mind is a beautiful thing. Canyon and Alis are intense and swooning cannot be helped.
Especially with these narrators!!!! Both favorites of mine, though I never expected to hear Greg outside of his norm! Teddy Hamilton has me at hello every darn time.
sexy, intense, and worth every heated moment

Que buen libro dioss la historia es realmente atrapante, creo que está muy bien redactado, es magia pura, Alis y Canny con tan lindosss, se siente tan real, fui muy feliz leyendo este libro
Holy hell this book is hot! K. Webster is quickly becoming one of my top authors and is now a 1 click purchase for me. Poor sweet broken Canyon, I just wanted to wrap my arms around him and hug him, from his anger with his dad to watching his mom fall apart. He wanted to hate Alis so much but their pull is too strong. And Alis wonderfully broken, how his dad never noticed how much his past was still affecting him, his drive to be perfect and I just felt for him when we saw he had nothing on his walls because he was always expecting to be kicked out.
I just loved their HEA and every part of this story. The best for me was seeing that when Canyon was invested he was all in and there was no holding him back, he never denied his feelings or backed away from them.
Going in my top 5 books of all time!

Another amazing MM romance book by K Webster! This was the perfect listen for the first day of Pride Month. I loved Alister & Canyon’s story. Enemies to lovers is my favorite trope & this book totally delivered. Excellent narration by Teddy Hamilton & Greg Boudreaux.
