3.5 stars. This was Vivian Jennings of Rainy Day Books favorite book of 2019. Probably should be read as an actual book and not an audiobook as it would be easier to go back and check her points. I was comforted that I do practice quite a few of the practices she describes as act of Radical Kindness at the end of the book.

For listening, I still think people should really check out "You're Not Listening and Why it Matters," another recent release.

This was such a great book. I listened to the audio version and it was calming, insightful and something I will likely read again.
