Okay, so Silence took a totally different turn and I wasn’t expecting it, but I was so into it. This one feels a little slower at first compared to the first two books, but it’s for a reason. The vibe is different, a little more emotional, and way more mysterious. I was constantly trying to piece things together, and that made me keep flipping pages like crazy.
What I liked most about this one is that we get to see a different side of Nora. She’s confused, yes, but she’s also pushing through, trusting her instincts, and fighting to find the truth. The entire book has this slightly foggy, dreamy feeling to it, which totally matches what she’s going through. And of course, Patch is back in all his broody, mysterious glory… and even when he’s frustrating, he’s still giving that intense, protective energy that makes you feel things.
Even though the pacing starts off softer, it definitely builds, and by the end I was back on the edge of my seat. There's a good mix of romance, danger, and emotional stuff that made this one stand out in a different way. It’s less drama for the sake of drama and more like things are finally coming together, and I’m not ready for it to end.

This series is starting to bore me also there are a lot of completely stupid things.
'Oh yeah, I was just abducted for the past few months oh and I 'lost my memory' ok.
Oh hey random dude who says he knows me and just stabbed a guy with a metal pole oh yeah let me just fall for you in a week.'
Yes, she used to date him BUT SHE DOESN'T REMEMBER IT!
Also what's with the Fallen Angels building an amusement park like seriously? they couldn't have built a mall or a town or something? Nope! amusement park.
I don't know, this book just felt really slow and didn't have a well-built story-line

So far, I liked this book the most out of the series. The second half was much better than the first, and I really like the ending bc for the first time the plot acctually connected in the end.
Wow. I LOVE the suspense in this book. I kind of liked the effect of Nora having to relearn everything with her memory gone when I was reading. Liked the idea of the feathers and the archangel necklaces.

The 2nd book in this series made me want to quit reading it right then, but since I borrowed these books I had to finish them. Let me tell you I don’t regret it one bit this was much better than I was expecting and it was really fun to read. The plot never dragged like the second book did and I think that the pacing was actually really well done and patch was actually acting like the same person he was in the first book. There was cute fluffy moments and action and now I definitely have to finish the series!

I feel a lot of this book was confusing because it’s setting up for the next book. It definitely wasn’t better than the first, but not as bad as the second one. I don’t have much to say about it tbh 😅
