A Hit

Another home run for Connelly. I don't know how he keeps coming up with great plots. I especially liked how Haller beats up on himself as a defense lawyer and then turns into a hero at the end.

Connelly does it again! :)

I enjoy Michael Connelly's writing, and his characters. I found the story to be current, believable, and suspenseful.

The first part of the book was a bit slow going but once Mickey went to court it really heated up!

3 1/2 stars actually. I did enjoy the book, but it wasn't nearly as good as "The Lincoln Lawyer". Still, it was an enjoyable summer read!
