I think that overall, I preferred the plot direction of this instalment better than the first, even though it was at the expense of the interesting paranormal element. It just felt very cathartic. I also liked Marjorie’s character better this time - she definitely had more of a backbone. And of course, I loved Wendell. There were still some things I didn’t like, however. I think that there was a minor change in the art style but it was enough for me to notice, and also not like it. It was like fuzzier or blurrier than the first instalment? Anyway, I also didn’t like how Marjorie and her family just moved house, no big deal, no announcement, when the concept of home was so important to Marjorie in Sheets, and to her meant where they lived while her mum was still alive. Moreover, Marjorie’s dad just continued to suck in this. Finally, I would have liked to see a bigger renouncement by Marjorie of her “friends” and a better apology from her to Eliza .
