Kid Squad: The Comet of Doom (August 1,2014) is a great early chapter e-book for children to listen to. This story is about kids trying to save the Earth from a terrifying comet that was put into earths path by and evil scientist set to destroy earth. Bringing this story to life in e-book form allows for this story to reach so many children both at home and on the go. As far as using this book in the classroom I do not think I would use it. I would definitely use it for my classroom library but as far using it in my lessons it does not hold a lot of tools that would be beneficial. Kid squad is appropriate for ages 8-10 year olds. <adventurous><humorous ><lighthearted >
