My mom recommended this book to me, which should have been my first warning. The INTRIGUE! THE SECRETS! WHAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT JESUS!... how about the HORRID WRITING, THE UNLIKEABLE CHARACTERS and nothing you couldn't have found out by watching a Knights of the Templar documentary?

This book was... interesting. I enjoyed the adventure and hearing the different theory involved. I read this book before I saw the movie.

I loved this! I don’t care if it’s somewhat historically inaccurate. History isn’t 100% based on what’s correct— it’s based on who’s telling the story. That being said this was more like 4.5 stars for me; the end felt a tad bit anticlimactic, but I liked the circular design of the conclusion.
