Love it. So many good poems. I want to read this book in a forest somewhere, the way she describes nature it’s just perfect.
One of my favorite parts:

Morning poem

“Every morning the world
is created.

each pond with its blazing lilies is a prayer heard and answered lavishly,
every morning,
whether or not
you have ever dared to be happy, whether or not
you have ever dared to pray.”

whoever you are, no matter now lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting —
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.

— favorites: ‘dogfish’, ‘morning poem’, ‘trilliums’, ‘wild geese’, ‘shadows’, ‘starfish’.

En uno de sus poemas dice: “I wish you would walk with me out into the world. I wish you could see what has to happen”.
