'As Trees Turned Away' is a brilliant book written by David Kummer. All of the stories within his book are capable of sending shivers down your spine. Massacre Max was my favourite out of all of them, because the story gives you strong visuals in your mind. All of David's stories are capable of giving you strong visuals. David uses very descriptive words and his stories really make you feel like you are in the story. Leaving the light on is definitely a good idea after you read David's stories. Every book David writes is awesome and very creative in its own way. 'As Trees Turned Away' is my favourite book written by David Kummer.

Most if not all stories were creepy and effectively scary. I had so much fun reading them all.
