I  liked it just fine. Everything and everyone got wrapped up in a sexy bow. I appreciated the way everything was handled with Jack. Even if Eden was a little bit Mama Bear. The insta love between Eden and Jade was not my favorite but I loved how Eden was able to let go and let people in. I’m excited for the Legacy series! Am I being too optimistic if I want more Sophie??
Highest Bidder is still my favorite.

This books started pretty slow for me. I was kind of unsure if I was going to like it at all TBH.

Jade annoyed the hell out of me, the whole “innocent” thing really ground my gears.

I was fighting for Eden, I wanted to hear more of her backstory. I feel like we kind of just got a glimpse of it.

Clay was fine. A little flat, and I couldn’t fall for him as much as some of the other men in this series.

I did NOT expect to cry at the end though. That really hit me out of nowhere. I thought it was a nice way to wrap up the series.

I think she’s setting us up for the stories of the children? Are we possibly getting another series?

The last book in Sara Cate’s SPC series and I am not ready for this to end. Thanks so much to Sara for the ARC and an early look into Eden’s story. This 4 star book wraps up a series I’ve been following from the beginning so it’s a little bittersweet.

Madame follows Eden St. Clare, who we’ve met in each previous SPC book. After meeting and developing a relationship with SPC member Clay, Eden breaks things off to keep her two separate lives from colliding. Not only is she Madame Kink at SPC, she is also a mom to a 7 year old son after escaping an abusive marriage before her son was born. 8 months later, she runs into Clay and his new girlfriend, Jade, at the movies and all those residual feelings between the two come back up with a new addition- Jade. I loved Give Me More, which was MMF, so I was excited going into this FFM book and while Give Me More is still my fave, I did enjoy this one! I liked how the relationship developed but I wanted to shake Eden and Clay half the time for being stubborn and afraid of change.

What a bittersweet ending to such an enjoyable series. I’m so glad Eden gets her happy ending but am sad that this series is now actually over. Luckily, Sara has a great backlist and some great upcoming books to distract me (and you if you also aren’t ready to accept this series is over too).

honestly feeling very neutral about this book! it was fine, smutty (but not as smutty as i expected) and the characters were fine. i of course was more invested in jade and eden’s relationship and then clay was just kind of… there. probs wont be reading the rest of the series because idc! this was the final book anyways so i dont feel the need to go back lol
