I follow the author on instagram, so i was very excited to read this. A fun, whimsical read! I really enjoyed the characters and the second half of the book had me hooked! The illustrations throughout the book were beautiful. Loved the little nods the Barbie movies as well.

This book was so much fun to read! I loved all of the characters so much and I couldn’t have asked for a better book to end 2022 with!!

Ireen Chau has made writing and illustrating look easy! This book was bubbly and fun, and the illustrations were gorgeous. The story is early 2000s Barbie movies meet 2005 Pride and Prejudice, and if Ireen’s Instagram is any indication, the sequel is going to be even better!
