Christmasy (just the thing to read the day before Easter) with lots of good food descriptions. I'm not sure if I quite bought the romance at the start (although the past toxic relationships of the main couple rang true and gave some veritas to the tension between them) but Darling writes characters who actually seem to be quite comfortably meant for each other in a way that is unusual in romance.

Triste de quitter ses personnages super attachants. Probablement dans mes sagas préférées j'ai surtout adoré le tome sur Nina

A Winter Kiss on Rochester Mews was a lovely close to an overall quite enjoyable series. It did get off to a slow start and Mattie's confrontation with Steven took a little too long for my liking, but the moments with Mattie and Tom in the flat were delightful and I really enjoyed the final chapter.

This was a pretty standard festive romance. I did like that it was set in a bookshop. But I was annoyed that not much happened until near the end of the book.
I must say I do want to try all the cakes and pastries that our main character makes as they all sound so delish
