I expected no less from Gaiman. I love that he kept the stories as accurate as he possibly could and that he also included his own humour and style. It does feel like reading a text an old bard has written, which just added to the magical and mythological feeling of the book.
Very quick read or listen! The stories are super enjoyable, and the book is a definite recommendation if you're into mythology of any kind. A nice and clear starting poing if you want to get into Norse mythology with some of the most famous stories. I enjoyed it a lot.
