Snapshot is interesting and a little sad.
Loaded is very well told and deeply, deeply horrible and distressing. I can acknowledge and respect the skill that went into it and still wish I hadn't listened to it.
Aloft is good.
Rain was an extremely interesting concept and I really really appreciated it.

I enjoyed all of these.

No question about Hill's political opinions when you're through.

This collection was good. Not great, but really enjoyable. The first story was my favorite, no doubt, but the third one came very close.
There is talent in Joe Hill, no doubt.

A good mix of stories, some grounded in reality and others more fanciful. Weather is a unifying theme of the stories, but they are standalone novellas bundled together. Each story felt slow to begin with but they build up momentum and are hard to put down in the closing chapters.

4 Novellas... 3 are kinda of silly, but the second is real 5 star material.

Something in me thought this was more than just four short stories? I have no idea, however I really vibed with a good chunk of this collection.
